Celebrated NYE at Betel Leaf @ Bathers and had a fantastic night. Will i be returning - NEVER! Betel Leaf @ Bathers' is open 5 days a week ( Thursday to Wednesday) and closed on Monday, Tuesday. The opening menu will zigzag from pork ribs with Thai whisky sauce to green curry king prawns, duck relish on baby cos and steamed blue-eye in a ginger and garlic broth. Even if it was raining and you couldnt even catch a glimpse of the beautiful views, this would be an amazing place to eat! We had an absolutely amazing meal and time here! Ambiance is calming and very elegant. Great venue/ decor/ daytime outlook. RESULTS. Spoil that someone special with a Valentines Day lunch or dinner at Bathers, overlooking the beautiful Middle Harbour. $160. I got up and walked out to the terrace - it wasn't even busy - I was perplexed as to why our request was not even considered. Everything we ordered was delicious (highly recommend the satay prawns, beef shin curry and lemon tart) but I also wanted to say a special thanks to all the staff who made it such a wonderful day. Review. Cant wait to see you again. Walked out disappointed and will never go back. We havent been able to visit Betel until last night and we werent disappointed. I think the guy serving us was the manager and he seemed annoyed the whole time. As explained before, betel leaf helps to balance the PH levels of the stomach. It's just so, so, nice.
